    Freak Bored Nelspot 007

In my meandering of the internet today during lunch I came across an older post on PBN where a guy Freak bored his Nelspot 007 to be more paint friendly with newer smaller diameter paint. Because the breach length is short a small portion of the insert protruded from the barrel. Has anyone else here done that or had it done? Is there some place you would recommend to do the work?

I've been trying to find someone to do this to mine as well, but nobody has wanted to take it on yet.

      Something like this?

That last one was a semi-failed custom attempt. I liked the space between the tubes, but that messes up the feeding pretty badly- the second ball in line has a hard time getting out of the way of the bolt.

I had some pics of finished ones around here somewhere, one nickled and the others Cera-Koted. I loved how they came out, but I'm not sure what I did with the pictures.

I have two or three partially-converted bodies, I think, still in the bins. Been meaning to finish up one for myself, but it's hard to find the time.

If you're taking on commissions for it I've got one I'd send in! Plus a few other bits and bobs for it haha

Doc also bored and threaded one to take iFit inserts for me. Came out great; I just never was able to shoot a pistol effectively so it wound up getting sucked into a very specific MCB black hole.
