    Removing Tape Residue off jersey

I washed this jersey and did not see the blue duck tape on the arm, luckily it did not go through the dryer as I air dry these things. Anything I can use to get the glue off without destroying the Jersey?

If it has not been washed/dried yet you can use some goo-begone or other citric based adhesive remover to loosen up the glue. I let that sit for 10-15 minutes then hand wash with Dish Detergent to remove most of it. When that is done I rub dish detergent again into the tape area and wash in the washing machine. I've had okay results but I do have a team jersey that has some permanent stains from crappy duck tape.

Side note if you a field owner survey tape is way cheaper then duck tape and a small 10-12" piece tied through the front of a face mask grill works better/cheaper without issues like this.
