Raptor Rex air in, no air out

I assume I’m missing something, but I have screwed the spring stack 1/3-1/2 of the way in (from fully unscrewed) and still no outbound air.

Nipple and macro fitting are new, spring stack is clean and purdy, the Oring on the little assembly that the spring stack pushes down is new.

Is my next step to find another way to drain the tank and get a new seat from Immortal Air? Should I keep screwing the spring stack in?

I’ve tried to not dismantle the guts until now but it feels like that is the next thing.

Do you have the inputs and outputs in the correct location?

Does it feel like its binding up when you try screwing the adjuster in more? I don't remember off the top of my head what the piston looks like but I'm wondering if it might be in backwards. I do have one in a box somewhere I can dig out and send a pic. Is the gauge reading at all?

As far as draining it you'll probably have to crack the input fitting loose and let it bleed slowly. It might also bleed off if you unscrew the adjuster past a certain point. I'm pretty sure they have a vent hole. Just really keep an eye on the threads. Although if its not outputting pressure theres probably nothing past the seat.

Adjuster just has the feeling of the springs compressing, nothing beyond that.

gauge reads just under 2k. It read 0 when I started the fill and I watched it climb to 2k before stopping the fill.

I’ll try unscrewing the adjustment nut all the way. As you say, I have a feeling everything is binding up at the pin and seat.
