Hpa tank hydro and value

I have 4 HPA tanks. All but 1 leak. I am wondering what price to put on them. I have been told it's not necessary to hydro aluminum tanks. I am also wondering about repairs - using burst disks?
2 are like 2 litre Pepsi bottles (one holds air) and 2 1.5 litre sized

Maybe $10-15 each. New aluminum bottles can be had for $40

In Canada, any HPA tank under 61 CI doesn't require rehydro, good for the full 15 years.

For reference I sold 3 48ci tanks that were out of hydro for $40+shipping. They were in very good shape just old. This was in US.

Locally hydo on aluminum bottles is $14, so its worth the cost to rehydro.
