The average sniper gets about 30shots @280fps if you shoot slow and it’s warm out. You can tune them specifically for co2 and they can do a lil better.

Master Jar-Jar
Can't beat my sterling with an empire Springfield for 12gs. It gets 30-35 280fps shots regularly.
But if it's customization youre after, then then Phantom all day. Although my empire trracer with the springfeed isn't too shabby either, I main bring that as a backup as it takes my other cocker barrels.
a well tuned phantom or something from PPS is tops for me. Best build I did with a dropout valve, freak barrel, port hammer etc I got 43 shots at speed and it vented on 44. my PPS Stroker with good paint that the wedgits will hold gets about 35 or so. That said any gun built for C02 use can get some crazy numbers. I've built up sheridans to get stupid numbers with a dynavalve, new barrel etc.
I'm down with anything Nelson. I have way too many Hammers due to how much I like that form factor. (2.75 Hammers, 1 Hammer 7!) I really like Hornets, Mavericks, Trracers, etc... For some odd reason, I have a hard time with the extra "stack" on a Sheridan, except with a PGP and the like.
Well, I kinda just bought the Taso Spartan from woouulf in the BST section. Has the 12 gram changer on the back of the body, as well as the grip tapped for a bottom-mount ASA.
Should be plenty good to get my feet wet in pump, and will have the option to run either Stock Class or Open

BF429, what’s your local scene?
You may have MCB friendly’s in your area.
gear is gear, company is priceless.
Ummmmm I’m central CT and my Raganstock teammates are all Northeast guys and we play together all the time. Feel free to PM me when you feel like playing.
Yup be on the lookout for our Stock Class get togethers and pump days the North East has an amazing Stock Class /Pump groups that host games all over. Follow the North East section for events and pop up games. Getting a lil chilly for 12g play but Spring time expect to see a bunch of games worth traveling to. We have a few outlaw spots we frequent as well.
My first pump was an original PMI Trracer, and that's a great place to start. Can get a Trracer, or it's Maverick/Hornet cousins for cheap, and they are quite capable. I moved on to the Phantom KoolAid, but if you are just starting its probably not worth it. I just love the flexibility of the Phantom platform, and with my new flyweightnate Empire Feedneck adapter and Paintzapper MAK magfed adapter, I can play stock class, open class and magfed with just the stock class body. The Trracer stroke definitely was a little smoother. They pop up here and other BSTs often for low bucks, 80-100. The Empire Trracer re-issue is popular too, AC threaded, and I believe FSR capable, but also much more expensive.
Rainmaker , ER2? Next you're going to compare the Outkast to the Emek lol!!! Btw, this man makes AMAZING 3d printed accessories, including his Drop10 10 rd tube loader and Pucker under cocking kit for the Phantom, which he apparently dislikes lol!!!!
A really nice Sniper of some kind with zero preexisting issues would maybe be my first choice but since those are about 100x as hard to find as a Phantom that has never once had any kind of issue the real practical answer is Phantom.
