    68 special feedneck adapter?

Looking at picking up this 68 special. The lady says the loader she has won't fit and its supposed to have some kinda of adapter?

Is that true or do I just need an older style hopper?

You can use an older hopper if you want like an ammo box or vl-90. Feednecks on hoppers we're thinner than what they are now so an a adapter is needed for the most part. https://www.baccipaintball.com/parts...-2-elbows.html

Right on. I have a couple older style ones (including an ammo box) so I should be good to go.

Indian Springs did make Maxi-Loaders with Tippmann specific neck size. Easily identifiable by a step down on the feed neck of loader where loader presses into feed neck of gun. We also made a "Tippmann Adapter". It was a PVC plumbing adapter with threads taken off and painted black. Good luck.

I have adapters..... However.... The stock ion feednecks clamp into the feed neck on the 68 specials

Thanks for the info guys. I was wondering if a stock feedneck from something else might fit, might have a bushy stocker. If not I'll try the pvc mod. I'm pretty sure I have an Indian springs or commander that has the stepped feedneck.

a ICD bushmaster/defiant feed neck should work.

I bought a 3D printed hopper adapter off someone on EBay to use on my 68 Special. I believe it was listed as a SL-68 adapter. The feednecks are nearly identical.
