Canadian Tank Regulations?

I have a carbon fiber that just hit its end of life here according to the DOT date. Does Canada have different regulations on 68 CI tanks? Or is this thing trash now?

CF tanks are done 15 years after they were manufactured. Aluminum tanks marked TC3ALM technically have no expiration date in Canada, but with that said most fields almost certainly won't let it on without at least a hydro after 15 years.
