Does anyone know where I can get some of these in bulk? Amazon has someone allegedly selling boxes of 450 but a review posted by someone in 2018 said they received a box of a completely different brand, not sure if I want to roll the dice on that one.

These are the ones I buy. Last box of 450 had 0 duds consistent fills, no oil and consistent sizes. Also have similar caps like Leland / Special Force. They are labeled Liss. (Free shipping on 450 count) so if you buy enough of them it’s a good deal for quality 12g. I have been super happy with these.

Definitely go with RedRock Minnesota. Solid people and the best price.
They carry Lelands from Japan, and Liss from Hungary. Stock fluctuates throughout the year, but both are quality brands.
Just call them, and they will tell you honestly what they have in stock if you ask. When I bought about 4 months ago, they had just gotten two pallets of the Leland 450 boxes in, so I was happy to get my first ever case of Lelands. Felt like a rite of passage LOL.
I don’t know how they are still selling cases for $175 and free shipping with the current supply and transportation situation. If you are on the fence, I’d pull the trigger.
If you want less than 450, they sometimes say “out of stock” on their smaller quantities. It is not that they don’t have any…they fill the smaller bulk boxes per order from their large boxes…it’s just that the current shipping costs on smaller quantities eats up profit, so they don’t list them.
If you talk to them and REALLY only want 180 or 300, then they will work with you, but expect to help with freight.
In all cases, if you can have the order shipped to a business address, it saves them a ton on shipping, and they will be thankful.
By the way, the sales people at Leland are great too, and they also sell direct, but they charge considerably more for the same quantity, AND charge shipping. I think they quoted me $265 plus $50 shipping to the West coast for that same case of 450.
You may wonder why it costs more to buy direct. They told me they don’t want to compete with their distributors. It’s more for local customers who pick up at their warehouse.Comment

Also when they listed them as “Pick up only” I shot them an email and asked if they had any in stock, they shipped it anyway for free for me. They honored that price on the site to. This is my 3rd 450 box I got from them. I don’t remember ever getting a dud 12g. My first box were special force, 2nd Liss and 3rd Liss. So far I have not found a difference in quality. Red Rock offers very nice quality 12g. I wouldn’t worry about what brand you get honestly. They are both good.
I also get get above average efficiency numbers with my Stock Class markers so they are filled well. It’s not much but I can constantly get really good numbers out of my markers using these 12g.Comment
