    Who owns a C3?

I remember the novelty of the C3 after reading a reivew on Warpig.
As I remember it didn't go into general circulation <?>
    Does anyone here own one?
It would be a great conversation piece.

I own one... Not working, but I plan on getting it up and running when I get the time.

Cuda posted a great thread of a full rebuild he did of one not too long ago.

XEMON has a sticky about the C3 as well. No sure if he still has his C3. I sold mine.

I love a well done cutaway! I wonder who has this
Anyway, the C3 was released to the public around 2009 and they do pop up for sale occasionally. One showed up here--I think it was an eBay find--in the original blister pack sometime in the last year or so. They didn't stay in production long because they had a lot of reliability issues, but in my mind this is a classic example of Tippmann innovation and I love that the company would stick its neck out for something special like this. And like the F/A, even though it didn't work out, maybe the technology comes back in another form someday.

You both are probably right. I remember reading about it at the office at my first real job, but I hadn't followed paintball through college so that timing makes sense

You might be thinking about the rerelease of the SL-68II, which was in 2009. I know my friend had the C3 in 2007. I’m not sure if he still has it

Pretty sure Killerito had one. I'm not sure if he's back on here after the reboot?

There's definitely one seen in the 2006 Robin Williams movie Man of the Year.

it's a very fun gun to shoot, but not very impressive spec wise ... But so very fun!

I've got two. Fun to use at night because they shoot flames!
              I can haz feedback?
If I owe you feedback, just remind me, as I sometimes forget.

add a Ti barrel and you'll have a firework of sparks and flames
