Looks like a LED board. No screen missing. Looks fairly complete actually.

Honestly, toss an HPR on it, some new orings and rebalance it and it should shoot fairly nicely. I found the instruction manual on one of the random-ass sites here on the internet, and I'm pretty sure BLAST still has a copy of it on a dusty hard drive somewhere if needed.

Need some sort of reg adaptor. I did throw a battery on and it didn’t seem to do anything. I’ll investigate further.
