PCP bottle for Paintball?

Found those cheap bottle under 2" OD.

3K wihout reg (~$35-40)

the 4.5K seems a little high ...
the 3K is about 23ci, but the 4.5K is about 33ci. This would be perfect for pump/light semi. And no hydro (less than 2") is awesome.

Are those usable/fillable at fields?
Any first hand experience?
I don't see DOT stamp on them ...

I'd be interested, I'm not sure I trust an aluminum 4.5k bottle though.
