    Octagonal tubing?

Looking to build a rolling block themed marker and need to source some octagonal tubing that I can slide my 20” long, 1”outer diameter fsr barrel into. Lewisbrass.com has some octagonal tubing but the id is too small. Any good sources out there? My Google searches are returning too big or too small, and lots of hex tubing. So much hex tubing that I may claim artistic license and settle for it, but I’d prefer to exhaust any 8 sided options first.

unless you want a 30lb paintball gun, I suggest you set your sights on sheet metal. Have some cut, bent, and welded into the shape you need.

It’s mounting on a phantom, so the weight of the tubing won’t be too awful.

If it's just a "shell" why not look at 3d printed?
easy to print, and with a bit of sanding/Bondo and a coat of paint it'll look like metal ...

Maybe…if I can’t sort it out. I’m really feeling a metal vibe on this one right now
