Hey guys, what is the correct size and type of a bottle oring, the chubby one at the base of your tank reg were the bottle screws up snug against? I’m rebuilding a Apocalypse reg and need a correct replacement.

Each manufacturer has a different spec for that one because it depends on the groove that the neck has in it

What Trbo said. I put a ninja UL reg on a Gurella air 22/3k tank years back. And it blew that seal, and in turn gauled the tank threads about 10 minutes after the fill. I still have that reg half threaded on that tank in my scrap pile. The ninja rep said they think it failed as a result of me leaving the thick ninja o ring on the reg meant for a round groove bottle, and threaded it onto a square grooved tank.Comment

Immortal Air got back to me and said it was a size 112, 70 bunaoring. They said that’s a pretty standard size for most bottles.Comment
