Anodizing a tank?

We've seen them before, but I'm curious...

Do you need to have it hydro tested after it gets anodized or can it just be reassembled?

Technically should be rehydro’d because Dot rules mention resurfacing as a qualification for needing it. I’m not an expert so I guess I shouldn’t be answering but I’m 99% sure on that one.
