Would an ego 7 gripframe window fit on an e2 frame?

I have access to ego 7 gripframe windows to possibly replace the missing window on an e2 frame I recently obtained. Also what manner of glue should I use?

I also know that ego 5-6 have the similar window but those aren’t easy to come by and I’m not paying that much for a piece of plastic.

Not likely.... They had a rubber console that held the window in

Double sided tape common with adhering screens. Eg gameboy screens have a similar adhesive.
