Does anyone know the sizes and material for palmers quickswitch orings? They have been out of stock for along time and I want to get the gun working again

Stem orings - 003, like most Cocker 3ways.

Cup orings are a proprietary PPS seal, but I've had success with stretching 005s onto them. You have to be careful and use some grease when assembling.

All seals mentioned are buna 70D material as well.

          That's not a leak.....

It's whispering to you "get something better."

I hate quick switches..... the most over complicated solution to a simple device untill the Orracles 3 way

I had a Quickswtich on the first Cocker I ever had ('95 with the full-size back block and long cocking rod). It was the only part I bothered to replace. Such a piece of shit. Look at wrong and it leaked.

I had three Orracle 3-ways over the years and never had an issue with them. Keep them well-greased and they're trouble free. Being able to unscrew the "core" of the 3-way for maintenance was really nice. On a Minicocker, I could even take the shaft out the front and not have to mess with the timing rod coupler.

The quickswitch bears an uncanny resemblance to an off- the- shelf pneumatic valve made by Clippard, IIRC, designed to be integrated into the frame of a machine. I think PPS reverse engineered it and made a paintball- friendly housing for it.

          And I agree. They're awful.
