Old HPA pump tanks still good?

I have a 17/3000 aluminum tank with guerilla myth regulator, and a 22/3000 aluminum tank with smart parts micro max flo regulator, both have been in my closet for over 10 years. Are these still good? They both fit the dimensions of the 2x2x2 rule, this means they don't need hydro testing, right? But is there an overall lifespan limit? What about the regulators, are they likely to still be fine after all this time?

Regs could need rebuilding. No big deal there. I dunno about the bottles, but if they never need testing due to the rule, I dunno who would enforce their retirement.

If it's 2x2 you're fine those tanks never need hydro just rebuild the regs and you're all set

Lifespan is 15 years, unless you have the special UN stamp, which you probably don't.

I believe that 15 life span os only for CF tanks, aluminum are good for life with regular 3 or 5 year hydro depending on mfgr. But if its 2x2 yr good to go.
The thing you have to watch out for, even at some fields is the person filling not knowing whats up, and they may stymie you from filling
