    DuPont connectors....

All I wanted to do was repair 2 or 3 ICD harnesses, maybe even build a custom one for my Droid board.
So I purchased a kit & crimpers off ebay.... and much to my surprise I bought the wrong size.
Come to find out they must come in a buttload of different sizes... and of course I got a size that absolutely
will NOT fit or work with and ICD harness. So, any idea what size I need?? they're about half the size
of the ones in the kit..... PIC below for reference. Thx

could use a scale in the image, but they look like JST from here.

Check the series by the size. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/JST_connector

Good suggestion.... I have added a pic with a penny in the photo as size reference.
I also used the link you provided.... thanks for opening such a jumbo size can-o-worms! *lol
I did not realize that "DuPont Connector" basically refers to the style/size of the 2.54mm product, also noted on JST's chart.
Ah... which brings us to "JST". JST is the series.... the size I seem to needs looks to be either the ZH (1.50mm) or GH (1.25mm).
Looks like simple will end up requiring a bit of research......

You are looking for Molex Milli-Grid connectors. They are spaced at 2.0mm. Here are some links from Digikey:

        Crimp Terminals

        Pre-crimped Wires

I have the official Molex crimp tool for these guys in my arsenal. I don't know how I could make that useful to you, but if you wanted to send me wires and connectors that you need assembled, I'd be happy to crimp away.

        Hopefully this is helpful!
