What springs for Empire Sniper pump?

I ordered the Main Spring kit, Sear Spring kit, and Valve Spring kit from inception. I'll be tuning for 300 FPS and the lowest +- I can get. What springs should I use for each?

I put an Inception valve with ID main and valve spring in a mech cocker build. I just followed ID's spring advice and it worked perfect. I don't remember which springs they recommended, but it's on their ID's site.

Main Spring Set, Trigger Return Spring Set, Sear Spring Set, and Valve Spring Set

Spring force can be easily seen from the number of coils on the spring. Less coils is stronger, more coils is weaker)

We recommend using Main Spring B or C initially (B will give higher velocity)

We recommend using Trigger return spring B initially (C requires a very well tuned gun and frame or will not work)

We recommend sear spring C (Light Medium) but if the hammer skips you may need a stronger spring (common for older guns with heavier hammer springs.)

We recommend Valve Spring C initially

On my Empire Sniper I'm using the lightest valve spring (D), and the second lightest main/striker/hammer spring (D), with the reg set to ~200 PSI.
