Specifically the ones that hold together the hammer/sear and the trigger and frame of a Nelspot. How do you get them in and out without destroying everything?

Thats guys. I should have known that there was a tool for it.

There are roll pin punches with the little nip on the tip, and then there are roll pin starter punches that sleeve over the pin to get them... uh... started.
