I am 90% sure this for an Angel but I seem to recall some of the old shoebox shockers had a similar thread pattern. Any help?

That is almost definitely a classic Angel threaded back. The old shoebox Shockers didn't have that long of a shank (just checked with my showbox Shocker freak back).
