    Carter power tube replacement

Does anyone were to get a power tube replacement for a Carter buzzard? It is wider than the phantom (pictured right)

maybe Brandon can make me one that will fit a phantom powertube.

which means the power tube would be skinnier by .125" around the hammer... will it matter?

I’m not sure if that would work all that well it may bind. What if you made a Delrin sleeve for the hammer. Wouldn’t add much mass may even make it smoother. I’m sure it would need a re balance on the springs but if you can’t find the parts maybe you can make it better in the process. Should be simple and cheap to make.

Is this something your CNC lathe could knock out?
            I'm sure I could use a spare.
