I guess now you have a lot more waiting.

Not sure how much it would be worth with all those rare parts...

I think Riot sold one couple of years ago.

Indeed, I did, but it would be disadvantageous for me to discuss that with him.

Man I remember when that thing was built it's always been a badass marker. If I was still a semi-player I probably would be all over it but I only really play pump these days I'm trying to get rid of my semis

I have no idea on price. I know nothing about spiders but that is cool AF! Riot I fully support this purchase and you must let me shoot it.

A Gothic Spyder has never been a throwaway.... Always a collectible.... With the inflated prices these days, $600 is a possibility..

The real answer is the same for all FBM products.. they are worth money because they are rare, but they are worth less because they aren’t generally sought after. This is a difficult concept when I try to explain to Facebook people how many FBM’s I’ve bought and sold.
Point is, fbm collectors want them, you just have to find an fbm collector.

As for me personally, obviously there’s a special place in my heart for the Gothic Spyder…

I remember kids tossing a Sprint frame and a Worr Games stock reg on their Spyders and calling them "Angel killers." Lol

                  Ok, fine. That was me.

If you’re looking for pricing, I wouldn’t pay more than $300 for that one personally. You could probably get $400-450 with the pewter bits added into that.

The pewter bits are the pricey bits here and add to that, but they aren’t my thing. If I paid more than $300, I would sell the pewter bits to offset the cost. Also, the parts that were chosen for this one aren’t overly rare (reg, bottomline, Asa, barrel). The front block, frame and body are the eye catchers, aside from the ano, but the FBMs aren’t as rare or generally sought after as AKA bodies (VLM and Widows).

a local field owner had a small cache of those bodies (unmodded/raw) a while back, I picked one up, built it (with that same angled front), and sold it a few years back for 350 sporting aftermarket spikes. I'd say with the anno, frame, and pewter that bumps it at least to 500-550

I believe that’s where I got mine a few years back. There was a small milk crate of them. Haha

Edit: maybe not, I’ve made all the spikes from Home Depot and studs&spikes. Didn’t come with

i was going to say $500 but im always surprised how much more things have been selling for.... (cars included)

a few years back, the price of spyders skyrocketed. i think it was the stim' checks, work from home, and the pandemic. people were cleaning out their closets and selling things they didnt use anymore. another group of people were down and out from being stuck at home and the stim' checks coupled with nostalgia drove the prices up.

same thing with cars. if you were now working from home, you didnt need a reliable fuel efficient car. insurance went down, you weren't spending $ on gas, you were getting stim' checks and most people were bummed out; so they bought that cool car they wanted in high school. celica gt-s, teggy's, sentra se-r, ion redline, civic si, rsx type-s, corolla xrs, and cars like that.

the market has been cooling down as things are generally more expensive all around. suddenly spending $200 on an old pilot or electra doesn't make sense any more.
