i usually use oil to loosen stuck guns. air tool oil. drip some down barrel and let sit barrel up for a day then some down feedneck and whatever u can around bolt. some helps on lower tube by pump handle too.

And for continued maintenance, we add a drop of air tool oil on top of every 10th 12gram. Helps oil all the o-rings. Especially since we shoot in the freezing weather as well. Same can be done on a tank when changing.

Lube it up, let it sit for a while. get a long wooden dowel that can fit down the barrel and tap the bolt back until it loosens. Not too far as to break the cocking lug off the bolt. Keep adding lube and moving the bolt around until it moves freely then do a full rebuild
