What size oring fits on the shaft of an eclipse ram?/leaking ram

My ram leaks out the front qev whenever I turn up the Lpr and the ram holds absolutely zero pressure. The bumpers look ok and I replaced the o ring with one that was similar in size. But what if the previous owner was also wrong? Air just pours out of it and I was wondering what size should definitely be there. It offers no “resistance” when you manually actuate the ram or try to create vacuum.

The oring should be a 010.

Are you testing suction with the qevs removed?

the qev diaphragm could be bad
