Hacking a Vanguard Demon (broken board)

Hey everyone, trying to fix my Vanguard Demon, as it is my favourite shooting marker.
Can't find a replacement board to save my life.
Anyone have any suggestions on where to start regarding hacking a board to communicate with the Demon?
I would consider myself pretty handy with pcb's etc, so i'm interested in taking on the challenge.

Yea for sure, do you think it would be compatible?

i have to look up the demon frame later that day, never had a demon in hand (not legal here in Germany)
But otherwise, the 07 Borg board is imho the best board for custom//retrofit (evil-m, viking etc.)
Its small and you have all the current shooting mode's.

Hmm. I just looked at the demon manual. So far, you have to get the trigger mounted a different way cuz there's no trigger on the droid board and you have to somehow have to add an on/off switch. i guess with some tinkering/3d printing it can be done.
