      Ive always said revvy.

      Being the V is elongated in the shortening of the word, it seems right to me.

                      Both will do…

                      Halo and Ricochet don’t hold a candle to the Googley Eyed Revolution.

                      Keep all that sound activated led Battery chewing novelty angle sensing tells you when to reload crap. Give me a classic Revolution with eyes and a speed feed. It will run everything all the way up to the new high speed Mech markers those I prefer a Rotor if I’m using it competitively.

                          Its pretty simple...

                          Revy = 9volt
                          Revvy = 12volt
                          Rev = Missing battery cap
                          Evvy = Missing loading lid

                                    Dangerous Power had the Rev-I, which I've seen shortened up to Revi all too frequently.

                                          I think you are right, at the end of VL and through the purchase by BE was a confusing time. At one point VL200 could be either a 9VDC motorized or non-motorized just depended on which one you bought.

                                                      Why are 2 "v"s even an opinion? It's REVolution not REVVolution. I don't know of any rules of English that start you need to add an extra "vy" when creating abbreviations.
