Shipping to Australia

Any advice on shipping a marker to Australia? Apparently paintball guns are considered firearms And are treated as such by the customs police. Anyone ship there recently?

Yes paintball markers are considered firearms when it comes to sending them to Australia and there is paperwork involved.

And whilst personal imports are possible it's much easier to go through a established paintball importer / paintball shop.
