Anyone with experience with these? Performance wise are they equal to a stock WGP pump or a stock Empire Sniper?

I would take just about any WGP/Empire pump over a KP3. Performance is fine but they just feel clunky to me with rough edges. Too many little nagging issues for my tastes. -
I had Azodin's first pump, the KP (might be called the KPC now?). Didn't have much reference at the time, because it was the first pump I actually played games with. After that, I used a Hammer 7 & an Empire Trracer.
Of those 3, I sold the KP first. If that gives you any indication.

Tough call, I'd take the empire but not by much. Ergonomics being one of the larger deciding factors

Azodin is pretty cheapy Chinese feeling and all metric screws. Empire Snipers are known to have tolerance issues and typically require upgrades to get them shooting decently. Building a WGP/similar sniper from scratch, or even a stock 02/03 Sniper 2 will feel muuuucchh better.Comment

We bought several from our local field and use them as loaners. I got to rebuild them all.

1) the reg seal will die, cheap Chinese urethane. plan on fixing it. Be aware the marker will function with the reg failure, shooting very hot.
2) they don't like to be left wet/covered in paint. It eats the finish, and there are several poorly plated or coated parts.
Other than that, they are pretty dependable and stable with HPA.Comment
