I'm seeing all kinds of recommendations here. Just to clarify: Are you looking for actual leather / suede palmed gloves or, is the fake suede found on paintball glove, mechanix gloves, etc good enough?

I absolutely love these and they have held up amazingly, especially for sub-$20 gloves. I prefer half finger, but they are available in full finger as well.

See I'm the complete opposite. I've been bunkered and taken multiple finger shots in all different spots. They always just make the area go numb. I don't know why. XDThanks!
I'll take a look at the Condor & TS gloves. I also just sent HK an email to see what the palms are made of. The issue I've had with the other gloves is they are fine for making knuckle shots suck less (oh how I hate finger shots), but once they get wet and/or get paint on them they suck.RESPECT ME AND MY PINK RIMS!!!Comment

I started using mountain bike gloves. They're usually thin and breathable. In particular, I find ones with a little hard nubbins on them to help with finger/knuckle protection.
Currently have these:

The Dye gloves are an actual leather palm. I haven't used fake suede gloves that I can remember, so it might be ok? I don't usually wear gloves, but some days I just get lucky and get hit in the hands a lot, so I'll put some on then. Or if the weather is shite.
It will often go numb, and frequently break the skin. Any minimization of those is good 😄 Gloves don't stop the numbing, but it will at least keep me from bleeding all over.Comment
