Redemption was relabeled "Pro" a number of years ago now. Since the renamed it has remained a good ball, but considering Valken purchased APX who knows. Recently we had some at our local field and it wasn't great, I actually swapped it for some Valken "Merica" paint that day.
I always had good luck with redemption pro. Sometimes it was a little oily but you just got to wipe it down.
From what I understand Valkin had been having some production and QC issues but it's on the up and up now. Hopefully availability of some quality paint will be upon us soon.
I had some of the same batch that Chuck is referring to . Found it to shoot straight after being wiped down but was not really on par as the nice brittle stuff I have had in the past it was just okay. But at least it broke I'm like the graffiti lol.
Lately Valken paint has been garbage. It’s always been a constant paint for me but lately (post pandemic) I have shot nothing but junk from them.
Evil is making good paint right now. Large bore, thick heavy fill, super consistent in size, shoots laser straight, might be a bit brittle for sub 60* on some markers. I haven’t shoot paint this good in a long time.
