    Unknown barrel, Help please!

    I picked up this barrel that's been sitting in a box for awhile, and can't figure out who made it. It's Cocker threaded, and marked as .690. The T logo is confusing, and there wasn't any packaging.

          TASO? Although TASO’s logo was usually just spelled out or a hanging possum.

                                I have been looking through Google and I haven't been able to find anything, must be from a really small company, I have seen this barrel before but for the life of me can't remember who makes it
