E2 frame - leak

Met a guy with an E2 Oracle which he says is leaking from the top of the frame. He thinks it’s the pancake solenoid. This make sense? Is there an o-ring in that?

Wondering if it’s actually the valve
o-ring leaking.

I might end up taking a look at it for him but I haven’t touched an e-cocker in a while.

There's no air going to the clapper noid, so I think you're on the right track.

Alright, the issue is with the trigger frame not registering the trigger pulls and tripping the noid. I can manually trip it without issue, the gun will fire but not fully recock.

Turns out it’s a E1 with Zero Board.

Lpr pressure needs to be strong enough to cock rod back far enought, and then check the lug to see if its long enough for the little sear on the eframe.

It’s got an oracle LPR so easy to adjust and I’ll drop the lug more

Sometimes when people switch from mech to eblade lug is main thing that needs adjusting done cause its so different on the eframe than the mech frames. Then since its not cocked back the hammer sits on the valve, thus u hear the leak in the frame coming from the valve being slightly pressed.

Got the solenoid to click on its own now, which is a big improvement! Too late to put air through it, but looks
like the trigger was set too tight and didn’t clear the sensor properly. I’ve done a similar mistake on an Emek.

Checked the sear manually and it works with the lug’s placement. Have to wait until tomorrow before I air it up and set the LPR.

Leak from top of frame is valve oring, bad / dirty valve seat, or valve nut not seated all the way.

Air up without frame and check.

Replaced the valve o-ring so leak is fixed.

Got it up and running. Was finicky with the LPR but a little adjustments made it sing. Owner has very happy as was a gift from a friend that died.
