Aside from all the differences mentioned already, the milling is a bit different.
Ultralite
Reflex
The Reflex is curvier/sleeker, and the cuts are more shallow. You can see that the lower tube cut angles up towards the front of the reflex, the ultralite is straight all the ay thru. The reflex has teardrops on the backblock, which the ultralite lacks. The rear edge of the reflex has a concave curve to it, wheras the ultralite is flat. And the cuts between tubes are different; the reflex has a cut under the breech and a small one around the lug, the UL has a much longer cut in the back.
