DYI Box Loader Motors

Had a pretty specific question regarding DYI box loaders:

I've read previously (somewhere) about people swapping the motors on Rip-Clips or Halo's over to RC car motors. Is this actually a thing? Its definitely something I want to consider on my box projects. More torque equals better ball stack.

It should be easy enough to search grainger for a replacement/upgrade motor.
Do you have spec for the existing one?
