Either way - it's a Dynaflow. It will go higher than 700 PSI, by the way, probably up to 900, if all the internals are still stock.
Is it externally adjustable? And what piece do i need to mount it to my trigger frame/drop since its a dovetail.

Yep, it is externally adjustable. At the front, with a standard hex key, 3/16.
It will mount on any dovetail, so either any frame milled for dovetail mount, or pretty much any rail or drop with a dovetail mount. You can see the marks in the Dynaflow from the set screws in the rails it was previously mounted on.

I bought a previously owned Dynaflow in 2009 and has been using it on one of my markers since. It has been used a couple of times each summer. Worked like a charm when I bought it, even though it had most probably never been serveiced. It finally started to leak in 2019, and I had to replace several o-rings in quite a bad state. I did not have any manual for it, but it was quite straight forward if you have had any previous experience with servicing pretty much any HPR or regulator. At the time, I had an o-ring kit specifically for a Dynaflow, which of course made it a lot easier. At the top of my head, I cannot recall any odd o-rings shape ways, although I cannot vouch for whether or not the sizes are standard, and easily obtainable.

I'm off to the countryside for a couple of days - will not be able to respond to any further posts until I'm back at my computer.

Awesome thanks for the help everyone. Gonna buy it tomorrow along with a blocky chrome taso dovetail drop forward that will go perfectly with the aesthetic of my build. And a bob long expansion to go with my other bob long parts.
