Pod Pack Recommendations.

I have been using a valken Exile 3+6 pod pack for the last decade and it finally gave up on me last weekend. That pack had a small zipper pouch in between the waist elastic straps. This pouch was large enough to fit a key and some cash. This allowed me to take my car key with me during big events w/o the fear of losing it.

Are there any options currently being sold like the exile? I would prefer straps, and a 3 or 4 pack.

I use a Valken 4+3+4 and it has the same pouch you are talking about. That said, I did buy it in 2015 so I don't actually know if it's still a feature.

The +3 and+4 elastics have little Velcro spots on them so if you want to tuck them away you can so they are out of the way and just run it as a 4 pack

I honestly feel there is more hype around crbn than delivery. Their 4+3+4 pack is double the price of the same layout I got from valken, all so what? They can cut the straps off?

If you ask me stapless is fine if you are a sponsored player getting free paint but as a self funded player, the first time you hear the bloop of that pod that's still in your pack opening up, you feel that $5.

I feel like other pack flop around and look like last decades garage sale. That being said, I ahoot angels and cockers. Talk about decade old garage sale. It’s all good. What works for you, is the best, try a few if you can, I found Velcro straps to be redundant, I like the stash pocket ideas though.

Trbo323 Thanks for looking. I saw the alpha 2 and a pack that virtue sells that has a storage pouch but they aren't what im looking for. I'll probably end up buying an old Valken pack maybe even another exile.

critical stealth pack with the elastic band retaining gimmick. tried one and will never go back. comfiest padding ive ever had and only $50 also great that they come in od green and tan in addition to several printed patterns. the ejection works great, its nice that theres no velcro straps and no worries about the issues that come with strapless packs. no idea why those are even popular, most of those brands are now offering straps as an add on for more $

I hadn't actually seen the stealth before so I went and looked at it, I like the idea just wish it came in different capacities. 4+5 isn't super useful to me

It looks like retro packs have caught on to retro marker builds. Check out eBay sold history where four Unique old school packs sold in a row. Did someone from McB buy these?
