Palmer Typhoon service, anyone?

Bought a Typhoon, slightly hoodwinked, but it look in great shape. O rings on bolt were melting and have gas blowing out the LPR. Anyone service these ??

Living in Dallas area, Just getting back into PB recently. Back in late 90's, I at one time or another had two typhoon, a houndstooth, and a blazer. So I had to get another Palmer something.
