Hey yall, I’m planning on building a new pump build and I’m not sure what route to go in terms of internals. Was thinking shocktech or maybe inceptions. But I’ve heard palmers and aka are better. Whats your opinion?

I would assume you are looking for a 9/16 valve?
CCM internals are great if you can find them
I have seen good review of the gold valve kit from autococker parts but did not tried it yet, look like a CCM clone
AutocockerParts.com has The Largest selection of Autococker Parts and Autococker Internal parts online.
Also you could check Freeflow or Shocktech too.💀Team Ragnastock💀

It should def be said that even stock internals can function perfectly well as a pump. As long as you aren't trying to attain max efficiency, a simple spring kit can do wonders with stock internals.
That being said, CCM stuff is great cause it comes pretuned for a great pump experience.

For a pump Stock WGP work just fine. Pretty much any reputable brand will work well for a pump.

I can vouch for stock karni internals for 15 years and without an issue. Shoots at low pressure and is accurate. I think all the internals available are great so long as you can tune the gun as mentioned earlier in sweet spotting the reg and proper valve spring balances.this is what makes a build special, as you make it ,and learn in the process.good luck with your project.

I don't care what all these fools say: Buy a kit. Don't buy a bunch of random parts. We're getting older, buy something and install a full matching tube, sweet spot the reg with the IVG flush and then go play paintball.
Any Autocockerparts.com kits are great for a 9/16 valve pump. any full kit with actual matching springs is going to be a good drop in addition.
