HK Regs

Recently saw HKs Aerolite v2 pro xt regs. Does HK produce these themselves? They look a bit like powerhouse TKO.

I believe there were 3. The way i understand it employees from ninja left and started powerhouse. I believe some the powerhouse regs were designed while still employed by ninja and they were trying to retain rights to the designs. Each lawsuit was basically ninja trying to claim that they were using their technology or what have you in the design which is why the regs went through multiple revisions. TKO reg i think was supposed to be a knock out reference to ninja aka being done with them.

I want to say i read where powerhouse either lost or settled by giving the hk contract to ninja.

All of the above is fuzzy as it was over several years and obviously was not involved to know the full conversations of how it went down.
