    Lapco Barrel Question

So, recently I bought an 8 inch Lapco Big-Shot barrel for my A-5 (and for my Tippmann collection in general). After shopping a bit I noticed some models of Big-Shot list the caliber (i.e. ".687", ."684", etc.) whereas mine just says "the Big Shot" in the spot on the tip where the other barrels list the "caliber". I'm curious to know what mine is actually bored at. Does anyone have that data?

Unmarked Bigshots are usually .689-.690 iirc

That's what I figured. .689-.690 was pretty much the standard paint "caliber" back in the day. Sucks that balls have shrunk.

I felt the same way until someone pointed out, technically, paint has just become more accurately sized .68 caliber lol

As far as I understand. They used to designate bore by barrel name autospirit, micro shot, big shot.

Now they just call the barrels Big Shots and bore them to different bores. So the bore indication signifies a newly manufactured big shot vs the og ones.

I have a .682 big shot and it's a dope pump barrel. I have accidently double pumped it many of times only to successfully send 2 whole balls down range.
