Hello, I just put a new inception front block and a Ccm hinge frame on my autococker. I aired it up and the bolt stuck to the rear. Swapped the hammer hoses and still the same issue. Backed out the timing rod all the way and slowly went all the way in. Still leaked with a new 3-way. I’m new to hinge frames but I have my hammer right where the frame will grab. Should I increase the hammer lug farther? Or is my 3-way messed up? I’ll post a video later for reference.

For ccm hinge it should be rear of ram to front and front of ram to rear of 3 way.
When you set the timing pull the trigger and hold it set the front of the 3way shaft about 2 turns in from flush with the front of the 3way while holding the trigger. This should get you semi close to functional. leave the lug alone until you know the back block is moving and everything seals.BeardedWorks.com (Your Inception Designs and Shocktech Dealer)
