So the sun has come out in Ontario the past couple days (Yesterday 15 degree C, today will be 9 degrees) .

As soon as the sun hit my face, I went back inside, and started looking at the For Sale forums on here for something new to buy!

As soon as little Vitamin D starts coursing through my veins, my wallet starts to shift and pulsate !!!
