Hello MCB goers, I’m have no idea what qev’s do but I was recommended to put some on my trilly. Anyone have input on what they are and how they could contribute to my cocker. Thanks!

It's basically a small check valve that lets off pressure on the back side or front side depending on forward or back of the rams stroke to lower force needed and increase speed at the cost of reliability. -

This page: http://www.zdspb.com/tech/mguide/ion...dy_design.html has some info about QEVs used in Ions. The functionality in Autocockers is pretty similar.Comment

I don’t see a negative to using them. It slightly speeds up the cycle time by removing a small amount of resistance. Maybe the trilogy would be a little less likely to short stroke?
they are all made by clippard and pneumadyne then rebadged by paintball companies
