    15/45 tank butt/grip ideas?

Tennis ball? Butt stock? Something else? Curious what you guys have done to add a little more grip and larger surface for these 2 inch c.f. tanks. I dont like the stocks so much as I change guns and they don't line up.

I run hockey grip tape on mine. But I’ve been tempted to use the plastic dip tool “dip” to see how it goes.

Ive tried the dip. Starts to lift up on the edges. But it does grip and hasnt peeled off completely. Yet. Doesnt inspire confidence and looks raggedy

The exalt ones don't work just putting it out there.

But what does work with some shoving is glass bottle beer koozies.

Cut in half tennis ball is always my go to for small tanks. Those old plastic butt sticks for CO2 tanks are uncomfortable and weird

When you say you don't like stocks because the alignment changes between guns, do you mean the slip on buttpads? Because those should be pretty easy to slip on/off to adjust on the fly.

They only come in packs of 5 but I run one of these and it's perfect.

I use old Co2 2” round butt stocks just all a lil electric tape to fatten it enough to friction fit them. You just have to make sure you get one deep enough due to the round bottom on the CF Vs the flat bottom on the 3k/ Old Co2 bottles.

The last one is my favorite design but they are old so you got to be careful not to over tighten them or they crack that’s what happened to my last one.

The one that holds the tubes? That looks neet but it kind of takes away my favorite part about the 2” round tanks. How tight and comfortable you can keep that outer elbow on a snap shot. The tank is so narrow you can play so much tighter with it tucking that outside elbow in. Without lifting the tank up on your shoulder more.

Chuck. He has a version with and without tubes. I want the tubes for my walz. I don't shoulder that tank regardless. Regular one for my other tank.
