    Jt impulse repairability

    I think i want a jt impulse.

I have no issue having to do maintenance on it but how difficult is it to get certain parts? If the screen dies is there any alternatives?

Short lived gun with virtually no spares out there....

Honestly it's cheap because of that

If you like the idea of the impulse, maybe look into a vanguard creed. Same base design but because vanguard was around for longer you can still get a Chunk of parts.

Stuff like the poppet face is an o ring so you can replace it forever, the Schrader valve in the LPR is a standard tire Schrader you can get for $2 at a bicycle shop

The battery can be replaced with a higher capacity one if you know what you need (I can help)

And yes, thay have a few quarks, the boards basically don't turn off so you need to make sure and charge the marker the day before you want to play. The bottom of the frame is non standard hole spacing but the stock ASA isn't bad. You can drill and tap one hole to make it standard spacing though.

If the screen dies, you either have to buy an another Impulse to pull parts or find a niche seller on eBay.

Other than the electronics, most of the wear parts are standard, and the regulator seat is actually the same as DLX regulators.

That all said, it is one of the loudest markers I have ever shot. Be ready for that.
