"Thruster Ready" air power vector modification

    Hello, everyone.

Posting from a new account as I think my old one was deleted. Been a minute since I logged in, for sure.

I've got a vector (b or c, can't remember) that I want to get up and running for this season.

Unsure if it's "Thruster ready" or not, but it's missing the grub screw in the asa for velocity adjustment. I've got a handful of stabs and parts/pieces to externally regulate it, but I read in an old post that vectors did fine on HPA with the grub screw.

Does anyone happen to know the dimensions (diameter, pitch, length) of the Asa grub screw for an Air Power Vector? I'm assuming parts kits are long gone by now.

    Thanks in advance!

Edit: Digging through the wayback machine I was able to find the old APOG site and get a copy of the manual. the velocity screw has a 5/64" hex socket, which sounds like an 8-32 screw to me. Does that ring a bell for anyone else?

    Sounds about right 👍

My Vector runs perfect with no screw and HP tank output. Adding the screw limit the flow and get slight shoot down for rapid fire. So you might want to check it out with nothing first ...
