    Old Shocktech ASA Leak

It is leaking from the rear hole. The powerhouse reg has two new o-rings and does NOT leak on other ASAs. I found the 2nd image on ST's site and replaced the o-rings numbered 7 & 8. That image is of a newer style ASA and I don't see an internal groove for an o-ring like #10. Is this reg just incompatible with this ASA?

Shine a light in the tank threads, if the light comes out the hole then the leak is definitely caused by the tank oring.

I agree with jetenginekyle, replacing the tank orings should fix it 👍

I did replace them. After replacing them I tried them on different asa and they worked without issue.

If you have a way to measure the ID of the sealing surface of the ASA where it seals against the tank orings, maybe you'll find that the dimension is slightly larger than your other ASAs?

I'm with the others, I can't imagine any other oring causing a leak there besides the tank oring.

Try using dow55 on the rings to swell them

That’s what I used on those two. I’m out of town for the rest of the week but I’ll mess with it more when I get back. I’m just trying to use that asa to keep the marker original.
