What did I do wrong? Smart Parts SP-1 Help needed.

One of my close friends asked for my help fixing his leaky SP-1. I am not even remotely familiar with the Ion platform, and after this I hope to god I never will be. I do 95% of my own tech on my guns and I've been around the block a few times, so I figured I'd slap a couple "o" rings in there and be on my merry way, after all, how hard could it be? I ordered two new seal kits, replaced ALL the seals, and now the gun is rapid cycling the bolt and leaking everywhere? Obviously I put something in the wrong place somewhere, but I can't for the life of me figure out what. Any ideas/suggestions?

Have you done a compression check? Sounds like it's running lean. Oh, wait.

I only know a little about ions. Did this thing have a QEV? Sounds like it might need cleaning/replacement.

I don't believe it has QEVs, just stock banjos.
