Uneven Anno Wear on Empire Sniper w/ Drift Kit

I picked up a stock Empire Sniper a few months ago and installed a Drift Kit. I've played with it maybe 3 or 4 times since. I was taking it apart to deep clean it last night, when I noticed some uneven anno wear. Now I'm hoping y'all can tell me dumb thing I'm doing wrong...

Brace yourselves, pics of anno wear to follow...

There's certainly some sled rub, which is isn't great but my understanding is common for drift kits? (ignore the ding from autotrigger pivot pin...separate non-repeatable mistake of mine).

My main concern is that the lower right part of the breach is getting worn from the bolt rubbing against it.

Some wear marks on the bolt (spot of electrical tape on the back of the bolt so I don't have to chase down the spring and ball bearing when I pull the pin too aggressively).

I typically play with autotrigger and hitman mod/rod installed and am right handed (left hand usually pumping). I don't use the hitman mod in a traditional sense, but really to have the back of hand help pump so my thumb doesn't get score from the sharp edge at the front of the pump handle. I have gotten into the nasty habit of using the autotrigger quite a bit (lots of playing hyperball with electros; why do I keep agreeing to play as a 3?).

Any ideas on what I'm doing wrong? My current hypotheses:
    1. When pumping, I'm applying a sideways or torquing motion and not pumping straight back and forth.
    2. Auto-trigger pivot pin was not perfectly perpendicular to flat face of the body, causing some torquing when using the autotrigger.
    3. Sled is positioned too far forward so pump arm is essentially too short.
    4. Something related to the hitman mod?
    5. Ghosts of Christmas past
    6. Something else I'm clearly missing.
    Thanks y'all!

If you're using a Drift kit does that mean it's only running a single pump rod instant of the stock two? That could cause issues and you may be twisting the pump handle a bit and leading to grinding. That or it's Velcor's way of punishing you for using an autotrigger. Free yourself of the autotrigger constraints and enjoy true pump freedom!

Looks pretty normal. I'd say its most likely 1. Keep in mind the layer of anodized aluminum is extremely thin (typically 0.001 in) which means that in areas that are prone to friction from hard substances such as delrin or small bits of dirt it is normal for cosmetic damage to be done to the ano.

I would not worry about it tho your not doing anything wrong and it won't affect performance.

I've seen this happen to other ones with stock sled. I took my stock sled to a hand file and it was pretty uneven. I don't think it will hurt anything though.

yeah, i would mod the sled to give a degree of left and right lateral play, there's an updated sled from inception, it moves the hole a little bit forward, and makes it into a "long hole" shape to allow for some lateral play with the pump arm, also remove anything around the coupler nut that might reduce play (like an o-ring).. allowing some slop makes a difference
